Welcome to Mandem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mandem mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Mandem, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Mandem app, logo, design, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by Mandem or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
Key Privacy Points: We use end-to-end encryption for private messages, never sell your data, and allow you to control your privacy settings. Anonymous posts cannot be traced back to your identity by other users.
We employ both automated and human moderation to maintain community safety. We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content at our discretion.
If you encounter concerning content or behavior, please report it immediately using in-app reporting tools. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
Mandem offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to change with notice.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing terms are governed by their respective policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play Store per their refund policies. We do not process direct refunds.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed per our Privacy Policy, but some content may remain anonymized.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that naturally survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

You and Mandem agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mandem regarding the Service.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
